Telephonic case management
Telephonic Case Management is a program that acts as a liaison
between the physician and the employer and/or the insurance carrier. The
staff monitors the progress of the injured worker, keeps the employer or
the insurance carrier informed at all times of the injured worker's
progress, return to work status and treatment recommendations. Often
times the staff serves as a source of information for the employer as
well as a communicator to the physician relaying information from the
employer.
