Tetanus booster shot every 10 years (If your last
booster shot was more than 10 years ago, your doctor may
recommend another form of tetanus vaccine called "Tdap."
Measles, mumps, rubella (MMR) vaccine if you were born
after 1957 and have never had measles or been vaccinated
Varicella vaccine (or titer checked) if you have never
had chicken pox or shingles or been vaccinated
